My brother had a dormmate in college who was a pathological liar and prefaced all of his lies with the expression "little known fact!" and ever since then, I feel like some sort of unintentional liar when I use that phrase. What would Pavlov say about that?
Let's share a big fact instead of one that is little known. My way back ancestors came on the Mayflower. That's right. Maybe your mom can force you on a walking tour of Boston to find the gravesite, too, if you're as lucky as I was as a kid. This is why I am genetically predisposed to love plaid.
And wool. And bundling up in layers. Because it's time to go out back and chop some firewood. And I'm not even exaggerating. Little known fact: I'm great at chopping firewood.
I was really pumped to see the J.W. Anderson collection for Uniqlo in person and I was really bummed that it was mostly available online. How am I supposed to pencil in time to get up to San Francisco to see the pieces with my busy wood chopping schedule? Fortunately, the plaid gods smiled favoringly on me and I found a single online return item in Uniqlo store closest to my house in exactly my size. Welcome to my world, perfect green sweater.
Thanks for reading. Happy Wednesday!
